What are the qualifications of the trainers? All the Personal Trainers on our site are registered with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals), Level 3 or Equivalent. All REPS registered PT's have their qualifications and insurance fully vetted, before they are authorised to work at Level 3 Advanced Instructor.

I currently do no exercise.  Would this be suitable for me?  It certainly would, as we can provide personal training for the beginner to athletes. In fact, personal training is a great way to get back into fitness, particularly as it is tailored to your needs.

Do I need any specific clothing or equipment? All you will need is some comfortable clothing, trainers and yourself.  We will supply the rest.

Can I train with a friend or partner?  Yes of course you can! We are happy to offer dual personal training sessions, with a fantastic discount.  We also offer group personal training, should you wish to train with more than one person.

Do I need to be a member of a gym? No, you do not need to be a gym member.  We can train you at home, outdoors, place of work, or in a selection of gyms and studios.

Who do I pay? - You would pay Personal Training Scotland for your Personal Training Sessions or Packages.  All payments must be made in advance of bookings.

How do I pay? - We accept cash, cheque or credit/debit cards payments through Paypal.
